What will we do?
The tour starts in the old town. We will leave from La Rambla de la Llibertat and head to Fontajau. On the way, we will visit some of the most emblematic novecentism buildings of Girona, designed by Rafael Masó. We will continue our route through the park of the Devesa, the largest urban park in Catalonia that used to be an island, with giant trees that, according to legend, Napoleon planted. Then we will go to the mountainous neighborhood of Sant Daniel, an old town annexed to Girona in 1963, with its bucolic river and old monastery. After breathing clean air and enjoying a lot of peace, we will go to the new part of the city, until we reach the Onyar River. We will continue its course until we return to the starting point and end our tour.
